Under the terms of new federal securities legislation, public corporations are required to provide an independent and confidential resource to which all employees can openly report their findings or complaints. Confidential Anonymous Reporting for Employees (C.A.R.E.) is an independent investigative service operated by Grant Thornton LLP. Pengrowth has authorized C.A.R.E. to accept reports from employees with concerns or complaints regarding illegal or unethical business practices. Submissions are reviewed confidentially without any personal consequence.
