Pengrowth is committed to supporting our team members’ efforts to improve the quality of life in the communities where they work and live.
Through our “Pengrowth Cares” program, we help foster a passion for community spirit in our employees by encouraging them to volunteer and help fundraise for causes that are important to them and their families.
Team members who make a donation or volunteer their time to a charitable cause can see the “Pengrowth Cares” program match their gift up to $200 annually. It’s an easy way for our employees to effectively double their donation towards the charity of their choice.
